Some of the names that might not appear in the Standings/Scores, Scotty B., Noah L., Ross S., Elisha T., Ashlyn L. and Allie W.-- still had remarkable seasons through lessons learned, breakthroughs, newfound beliefs, overcoming barriers, I congratulate them all!
On the most important aspect of the season, there has never been more of a spiritually led group of young ladies and men during this Cross Country season, driven by the daily devotionals volunteered up by the teammates. Most, if not all, will admit to learning something from one another through these devotions. They also get the "Barnabas" award as the exhortation and encouraging examples to not only their teammates, but to other teams. I had multiple parents and coaches approach me and commend me on how our kids stick around to cheer on the last few finishers, the ones who could use it the most.
An overwhelmingly successful season on all accounts-physically, spiritually, socially, emotionally, personally, team and individual goal setting and achieving-from a very proud coach, with
Continued Blessings,
Coach Bob
