Middle School Soccer News... 12/01/09

The MS Boys Soccer team played an outstanding game against Phyl’s Academy, winning 5-1.

Austin W. started as goalie, then in the second half Vance G. took over goalie and did a great job, holding the opposition to just 1 goal.

I am proud of these boys, they played with great enthusiasm, and excellent sportsmanship. You young men have grown tremendously this season.

Coach Trish and I are so proud of you all. Always remember…there’s no “I” in TEAM!

The MS Boys Soccer team played a hard fought game against the Highlands Knights. We lost 2-1. It was a very close, evenly matched game. Our boys played exceptionally well. Especially coming off of Turkey week and I' sure being extra sluggish. We had 15 shots on goal to there 6. We just have to have more accurate shots. Our boys outplayed the other team.
